Greyson was stable overnight.  He had a small incident of being cold but they were able to get his temp up and he’s been stable since.

They are going to continue to try to wean his ventilator and sedation today.  They also plan to do some CPAP trials today to try to strengthen him for extubation eventually.

His Karius test came back today and it was positive for e.coli again.  He is already getting antibiotics that cover e.coli so there is no changes there.  His urine also tested positive for a virus. They are going to check for this virus in his blood as well.  If positive, they will likely need to start a new anti-viral.

They are confident his skin rash is GVHD and are working to treat it.   The BMT doctors have a big meeting on Thursdays so we will hopefully have more of a plan tomorrow. 💚🧡🎗️

I waited patiently for the LORD; And He inclined to me, And heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, Out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, And established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth— Praise to our God; Many will see it and fear, And will trust in the LORD. Psalm 40 My family and I continue to keep dear Greyson and all the Corbett's in prayer. May He raise up Greyson soon, and grant you all strength and peace.
