Today is officially 1 week since his first surgery. Mike still has a fever of 100 and his hemoglobin is still really low (9?). The doctors say they aren't surprised since he has had 4 surgeries in the last week. They have not ordered a CT scan just yet. They are going to continue watching his hemoglobin levels. His heart rate, oxygen, and blood pressure are pretty stable. The respiratory therapist said his lungs are slowly improving. They would like him to try to move a bit when he feels up to it but he is still in so much pain. Please continue to pray as night time seems to be the hardest for him. Please pray for his fever to go down and his hemoglobin levels to improve. And... of course, please pray for decreased pain. We will update this evening.
