So I saw my woman surgeon at Kaiser  yesterday for my last visit there (The 3 month global coverage with Kaiser expires next week). She confirmed that my wound is completely closed and she didn't pick at it this time.  I left without a bandage or bandaid, simply a compression sleeve and new boot.  My other boot was not pumping up well so they gave me a new one.  This one works so well that my walking is better and faster.  I wont be using a wheelchair any longer if I can help it. 
I did get scheduled with a new podiatrist at Piedmont Orthopedics.  Im thrilled about this. I love having all piedmont doctors again!
 I want to say Thank you for all of your support,  kind messages, prayers, and love over the past 3 plus months.  I definitely would not have been as comfortable if it weren't for all of you.  I have been able to rest and not work because of you!  I know that.  I am blessed.  Thank you.
