I wanted to share a quick update that my ANC levels went down again, they are around 1100 and need to be 1500 for chemo.  Dr. Yap is going to have me do a shot that will help boost my short term count so we can get chemo started again.

The plan is that I'll get R5 on Friday 2/7.  I'm going to get my first shot tomorrow and a second shot Wednesday.  We need to wait 24 hours and then I'll get my blood drawn on Thursday.

I handled this delay with ease and understand it's part of the process and not uncommon after surgery *read as no depression, crying or hiding in a dark room*.  Please continue to pray for guidance for my care team and that I am able to get chemo started back up this Friday.  Once I start again they will give me Neulasta which injects into my arm 36 hours after chemo.  That should keep my counts up so I can finish strong.
