The week is quickly drawing to a close and I failed to mention some important news-Evan was able to come home on Monday. It was Della’s first birthday. We have been thanking God for kindly ordering the timing of these trials. With the first surgery, Evan was able to come home before Thanksgiving and was showing good progress by Christmas, and continued strong through the new year with its many festivities. Now, with this second surgery, he was able to be home with us to sing happy birthday to our sweet little Della, who has been such a bright spot in this valley.
