When I was initially diagnosed, I went to St Louis. They put me through some preliminary testing which included: a mammogram , an ultrasound, and an mri with contrast. When I did the mri with contrast, half way through the test I became very nauseous. I didn’t realize it until later but I was having a reaction. When I got up my body felt very heavy, and by the time I hit to the car and drank some water, I was having difficulty swallowing. That went on for 30-45 min. The days that followed i had fatigue, involuntary extremity jerking, and insomnia. That is why I did not go back to St Louis and opted to do the cryoblation., because they wanted to give me a steroid and have another mri with contrast. I said no way! After the mri, I began having a pain in my back that had me worried that something may have spread, so Jan 31st I have a PET scan done. After the PET scan, the fatigue came on, and since then I have had additional problems with fatigue, hair loss, breathlessness, muscle loss, and weight loss (46 lbs) pain in my back and muscles, and muscle fasculations. Gadolinium competes with calcium and zinc in the body, so it affects your bones over time. Many suffer from bone pain because of it. I’m taking a hormone blocker for the next 5 years which further depletes calcium as part of my treatment plan. That’s why treatment to get the gadolinium out is important to address as soon as possible. https://youtu.be/4sHDiboV3uw
More recently I have had the shortness of breath, and histamine problems. I have since found out that these symptoms can be a result of gadolinium poisoning. It is not well recognized, but if you would like to know more about it, please check out: http://gadolinium64.com/
The only way to get gadolinium out of the body is through chelation from this toxic heavy metal. I am right at a year from when this happened. I really need to get the gadolinium out of my body. If you don’t get it out, it progressively gets worse. They used to think it only affected people with kidney disease, but they are finding that it affects people without kidney problems as well. Gena Norris (Chuck Norris wife almost died back in 2017. (You can read her story here:https://gadolinium64.com/advocacy/chuckandgena) There is also a Facebook group called MRI Gadolinium Contrast Safety Side Effects & Toxicity Research. Please check this out and stay informed. If you would like to help out with my continuing medical bills, it would be very much appreciated, as chelation is not yet covered for gadolinium deposition disease, so the treatments are all out of pocket.
