We are thrilled to share that we are already 38% of the way to our goal for Ella to receive stem cells! This is an exciting and hopeful milestone in Ella’s journey—she has been approved for adipose-derived autologous stem cell therapy with the industry leader, Dr. Proefrock, in Arizona. This cutting-edge treatment offers new hope for children with cerebral palsy, and we are filled with gratitude and optimism as we take this next step.
Our greatest hope is that this therapy will help Ella find her voice, strengthen her motor skills, and support her brain in healing and regenerating from the injury she sustained at birth. For children like Ella, this isn’t just a medical procedure—it’s a doorway to possibilities we’ve only dreamed of. Her future is bright, and we’re so excited to see where this path leads. To learn more about the treatment, read below:

Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs) is a ground-breaking treatment for cerebral palsy (CP) in children. These stem cells, derived from a patient's own fat tissue, are able to promote nerve regeneration, reduce inflammation, and improve motor function in children with CP. Studies have shown improvements in motor skills, speech, and overall well-being following ADMSC transplantation.

ADMSCs promote neuroprotection and neurorepair in the brain by releasing growth factors and other beneficial molecules, as well as potentially differentiating into cells that can replace damaged neurons. Ella will undergo a procedure to harvest and process tissue. Then, they will isolate the stem cells and re-inject them back into her body. While we are in Arizona, she will also receive platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and hyperbaric oxygen therapy for added healing effects.

Thank you for following along and supporting this life-changing journey for our sweet girl. We truly appreciate all of the prayers, support and donations and can’t wait to share updates along the way!
