Today was a tough day for everyone involved, but especially my Momma. Her surgery didn't take quite 3 hours, but she went on to spend 3 hours in recovery. 

The surgeon said that the surgery went well and there were no complications! Praise God!! ❤️ We will get the pathology  reports back by next Wednesday. She has a tough road of recovery ahead of her, but with the Lords help and the prayers of His people, she will get through all of this. He is a good God and loves her so much! Oh how thankful I am for His tender mercies through every step today. 

Once she was fully awake after spending time in recovery, she was in a great deal of pain. She wasn't due to have more pain meds until much later, so they gave her some stronger stuff for tonight. She certainly needed that relief so she could rest!! Please pray for pain management. 

She is staying the night at the hospital for observation and will probably go home tomorrow afternoon. 

Thank you for the many many prayers on her behalf today! It was such a blessing to be able to tell her surgeon that literally thousands of people were praying for her today.
