MRI & LP Update!

This past week has been filled with a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Sebastian has been doing so well. He has no symptoms from the tumor anymore, head tilt is gone and he’s able to look up again. 10/22 Sebastian went in for his mri and praise God reports showed his tumor had shrunk even more. We started at 5.2 cm now to 1.4cm. We are just so incredibly grateful but his scan also showed two new lesions in another place of the brain, due to this we had to have Sebastian do a Lumbar Spine Puncture to see if he was positive for cancer cells which would mean progression and be kicked off the clinical trial he is on. How could we get such great news and scary news at the same time?  Sebastian was so brave during his procedure and the LP results are in and they are negative for cancer cells. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻We can stay on the trial. We are going to keep an eye on these two new lesions  thankfully they are in an operable area but we will monitor him and check in 6 weeks with another MRI. Please continue to pray for my amazing boy. Sebastian continues to smile through all of this and I’m so grateful for all the wins in this journey. Thank you 🙏🏼🩷
