I was able to come home last night (Saturday evening)! Once all the meds got situated by Friday mid day I was doing better with nausea / puking. No more issues with potassium and I did not have to come home on injections, thankfully! 

First full 24 hours at home has been nice.. even was able to get washed up and feeling a lot better after that.

Getting pain control figured out but am managing well. 

Staples removal and post op apt is in 12 days and very much looking forward to getting them out of my head!
