Ryan's 1st stem cell treatment was a success! The doctor said Ryan is a miracle several times during our 5 hour appointment. He was reading his chart and said the brain injuries detailed on the chart and how he’s presenting now just don’t line up, so much so that he thought this must be another kid’s chart. He had to make sure he was looking at the right patient’s chart! The doctor told us that he too was a believer in the Lord. He said Ryan was something special, truly a miracle! Ryan handled the stem cell harvesting like a rock star!  After processing Ryan's extraction, the doctor told us he got very worried he didn’t get a big enough sample… but once he examined it under the microscope he saw it had a surprisingly massive count of stem cells, all vibrating and active! He estimated there were 300 million stem cells!!! The doctor said Ryan’s stem cells were beautiful, robust and of great quality!  We think everything we've done so far with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, photobiomodulation (light therapy), acupuncture, nutrition and of course PRAYER have helped Ryan's cells be activated, healthy and primed to heal! We were able to look at Ryan's stem cells under microscope and it was one of the most incredible things I’ve seen in my life- little vibrating, twinkling stem cells ready to be called to action to heal! After the injections, the doctor asked Ryan how he was doing. Ryan gave him a thumbs up, pushed his shoulders up from the procedure table, turned his head to say "thank you, doctor" and gave him a big smile. The doctor looked at him, paused and said to us, “I think God is doing a work in Ryan”.

Prayer:  Praying the stem cells actively heal Ryan’s brain! Praying the stem cells do their job to reduce inflammation, release growth factors to stimulate new neural connections, foster the growth of new blood vessels, and signal the brain's innate repair process. Praying the stem cells facilitate neural rewiring and help restore balance in damaged neural networks. Praying this treatment helps Ryan improve his cognitive abilities, memory, speech and all motor functions. 
Progress: Ryan completing his 1st stem cell treatment in a huge milestone on Ryan's road to recovery! Your prayers and financial support helped him get here!!! Ryan felt so pumped, confident and encouraged during the 5 hour appointment, it made an immediate improvement in his performance at physical therapy which immediately followed the treatment. Ryan sat on the physical therapy bench with a huge grin as we told the the therapist about his successful treatment, Ryan stood right up and took 2 steps toward me laughing as I caught him! He did that several times in a row, when usually it takes a few attempts at rocking his body to pull forward and up to standing. This was the first time he's ever just stood up and immediately taken 2 steps in one flow of action. While the full benefits of stem cell therapy take time to develop, the immediate benefit to Ryan's confidence and belief in his own ability to heal and progress were immediately evident and positively affected the quality of his physical abilities!
