Chemo went smoothly last night. Her ports were accessed “easily,” and while she still dislikes how the chemo makes her feel, she didn’t get sick during treatment this time. She’s been zooming around the hospital, working hard to make her leg stronger and get closer to walking again—she’s even going so fast that she’s making her physical therapist run to keep up! 

Sophie continues to smile and choose joy through this incredibly hard journey. Although the end is finally in sight, this last stretch may be the hardest yet as she’s so weary from the treatments and their side effects. Please pray for strength, endurance, and healing in this final month, and that it truly marks the end of this challenging year. We can’t wait to see her ring that bell!
