Where to begin?
Rafa has always been a part of my life, especially when we were younger. He is only 6 months older than me so we pretty much grew up together. He was always funny, easy going, and so so smart.
Even when we grew up and life got busy we'd see each other pretty often, specially at grandma's house - we loved going there, gathering the family just to catch up, play and eat grandma's amazing food.
I remember when Rafa told us about Rina. I was surprised he'd take on a long distance relationship, but he seemed in peace with it from the beginning. It was like he already knew Rina was worth the wait.
The longer they continued on strong the more I admired them both. So when time came and Rafa told us he was moving to the Philippines to marry her I was not surprised - in fact I stoked! Thanks to Zoom the family was able to watch the ceremony online. Their smiles lit up the room, it was beautiful!
