And on top of that, I don't know how to delete a comment - believe me, when I figure that out THIS and the duplicate will disappear, but in the meantime.... sigh....
Guys, I'm trying.  My plate is heaped and I'm doing what I can daily to make progress, make deadlines, and get stronger and better each day.  Doesn't mean there aren't bad days - today was one of those (ha, ha! i buried this in a different update subject)  I had a hard day emotionally, and I gave myself enough grace to do that without being restrained by trying to "look good" or keep it together.  Nope, I full out cried in the lobby, in the little corner I work in (maybe I'll share a photo).  Someone came and inquired if I was OK.  (uh, no), but talking to him interrupted the pattern that I was in.  and guess what? I was able to stop.

PS - this won't really make much sense unless you saw the previous comment from me that was duplicated.  

PPS/PSS (Which is it?)  But the powers that be at Support Now detected my concern for the duplicate comment and OMG!j. They made it go away....Wow, that's incredibly efficient, or perhaps a bit creepy that they even knew I had a problem - but at the end of the day - the duplicate comment is gone, and this probably is a confusing comment.  No worries.
