Nikki and Jacob Heller
Setbacks suck…only about two days in peds and we got sent back to picu. Jacob got c-dif, mrsa, and another stomach bug. This poor kid can not catch a brake. But a positive thing from all this is he will have his central line with three lumens removed today, one less thing attached, we’ll take it!
New decisions made by doctors stating Boston’s Shriners is not able to accommodate Jacob and his needs so we are now going to children’s specialized in New Jersey. This may happen as soon as this Tuesday! Jacob will soon be wearing close again and getting back to whatever might be our normal. We will have rough days sleepless nights but we will do it all together, me and my boy, my worrier!
Thank you to everyone who has followed Jacob’s journey for now over a hundred days! We are not at the finish line yet, please pray for Jacob’s strength, that he keeps that smile on his face with a positive look on all that is negative. Keep sharing his story and no donation is to small to help Jacob on his new path. I cannot express all the gratitude I have for my family, friends and all of you who have supported us. This can’t be done alone it takes a village!
