I wish there was a better way to do this, every time I have a good day it ends with pain. Now, the morning after is worse. Between shoulder and hip pain so bad I feel it in my bones, the weakness in my lower half, and my spine saying "hey, not today" it's going to be a long long day. The morning after my brain says " it was a good day yesterday and we still have lots to do" making me feel itchy in my own flesh because I do infact have things I need to do. When you have undiagnosed low spectrum Autism and ADHD to the max with a broken body the fight is always on to either get things done and suffer in pain or suffer in pain, feel horrible about yourself, and get nothing done.
I guess on the plus side it's a bright sunny day out(to bad we can't enjoy it or the dizziness kicks in)
