The good and bad of helping.

As some may no an EF3 tornado came through streator IL, I volunteered to go help clean some ponies Fields. As this is a good deed and the right thing to do I didn't care about my issues and went and helped. Well now I'm home and even tho it was 2.5 hours worth of helping every bone in my body is screaming at me my joins hurt my flesh is itchy. It's great to help but my oh my does my body hate me for it.
