For all the women at the sewing center and Nabeel and his family, it costs $130 for food. This gives them very basic things like rice, beans, and seasonings. This doesnβt include meat or cheese or some of the luxuries we enjoy here in America. But either way, this is what sustains our ladies for now and each week they need to rebuild their pantry.
