For donations, we’re encouraging friends and family to send them through Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay as this website below does charge heavy fees of 13%. Irma’s Zelle and Apple Pay both use this phone number: 559-920-4700
For Venmo: @Miguel-Guajardo-7
Irma was discharged yesterday but is able to stay in a chair in Miguel’s room for a couple more days while we wait for temporary housing availability tomorrow. The cost is $40a day per room. (3 rooms $120 a day). If someone would like to donate directly towards this stay, please contact Jenni (so I may provide the most up to date info and location) @ (360)901-3682 and I will direct you to them where they can take payments over the phone. As far as we understand now, Miguel won’t be able to travel for roughly a month.

Miguel’s updated condition:
Yesterday, Miguel was able to wake enough to eat a little more than he has been. He’s in a pretty significant amount of pain and has consistent headaches. Dr’s are helping with pain meds but those in between times are pretty difficult for him. He was able to answer correctly when asked where he was and why he was there which was a significant improvement from the last several days. He’s still disoriented and is limited in his communication and understanding.
For anyone wanting to mail get well cards, mail to:

Update #2 From Irma Aug 28th:
Today has been whirlwind with Miguel. His Blood Pressure has been out of control along with an added Fever.
He has been more lethargic, making assessments impossible to check for further brain damage.
❤️Two positives: they are taking him off opioids for a few days to check cognitive function and preform an MRI
And they changed the Blood Pressure medication to something more effective (in the RN’s opinion- so glad it was a receptive Neurosurgeon and took her suggestions seriously) these nurses are on the front line they interact much more with patients. As I type(1:30pm PST),his number in last hour has dropped from high 180’s to the low 160’s. Still high but I’m seeing light at the end of the tunnel 🙏🏽❤️ Thank you, Jesus for sending this new RN to our side today 🙏🏽❤️
Please continue your prayers
My heart is so overwhelmed with all the love and support we are receiving ❤️🙏🏽 GOD IS GRAND
AND SO IS “OUR VILLAGE”
One day at a time 🙏🏽
