Trip 1 of 4 is officially complete! 🙌 

I’m sorry I spaced on posting an update here — I shared on Facebook and Instagram, but definitely wanted to update everyone following Matt’s stem cell treatment journey. 

This first trip was a big step forward. Between appointments, evaluations, treatments, and a lot of emotions, we’re grateful to finally have the first round behind us. Matt handled everything with strength and determination, and we’re feeling hopeful about what’s ahead. 

The best news so far: Matt is feeling amazing following his treatment. While there haven’t been any major changes yet, he’s definitely feeling more energetic, and his spasms have slowed way down already. We know this process takes time, so we’re encouraged by these early improvements and excited to see what happens moving forward. 

We still have 3 more trips to go, but completing the first one feels like a huge milestone. Thank you to everyone who has checked in, prayed, encouraged us, donated, shared posts, or simply kept Matt in your thoughts. The support means more than we can ever fully express. 

Right now, we’re focused on recovery, rest, and taking this journey one step at a time. We’ll continue sharing updates as we move through the next phases of treatment. Our next trip to Colombia is currently scheduled for July 12th, 2026.
