Not just a bike ride

Mason got to ride a bike today! Mason hasn’t been on a bike for at least a year now. As the common issue comes about is, if it is adaptive and fun, chances are it isn’t covered by insurance and is hella expensive.. but today we got to just enjoy Mason sitting comfortably on a bike, arms holding the handle bars legs assisted to do standard things and I got to just enjoy my boy enjoying childish things that unfortunately can’t come easy for him. But it does motivate me to get on the ball of getting everyone a bike with Mason on a hitched carriage.  But those will be next year’s goals. This years focus is just getting my boy to and from events safe and sound! Thanks for following in on our journey.
