Mason is continuing to do well and make improvements.
Mason had the feeding tube removed and is doing well getting in the calories he needs. It helps his family is getting him some more desirable food than the hospital has to offer.
He was able to go for a nice walk today. I’m certain he was scoping out the exits for his great escape.
He is working hard with his PT, and they are discussing the next phase of his healing/ rehab journey. This would give Mason a little more normalcy. We are unsure at this point when he will be transitioned to the rehab facility, but the fact it’s being discussed is great!
Mason’s spirits are good. He remains determined to hit his goals. He just said today how it’s crazy last week he was on a ventilator and this week he was walking the halls.

Our guys and I have been praying for you. It is so wonderful to open up these updates and hear of your determination, progress, and then all of the funnies of how you would be looking for an escape route. 😂😂 We are so grateful God has spared your life and has given you a vigor to press through the hard moments. May God continue to heal you and restore your losses in every sense.
