FAQ

SupportNow is MakeGood's fundraising partner, and this page exists so the same tools families use are available to the makers who build for them. Your campaign itself belongs to you: you create it, you own it, and the funds go to you.

To you. Donations collect on your SupportNow campaign and transfer to your bank account, and you spend them with whatever vendor you choose. The money never routes through MakeGood.

No. Gifts to your fundraiser are personal gifts to you, not charitable donations, even though you use them to build free devices. Donors who want a tax deductible gift can give directly to MakeGood INC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, at makegood.design.

Nothing to start. Card processors charge standard fees on donations, and when a donor chooses to RoundUp, SupportNow covers those fees so you keep 100% of the gift.

Whatever your bench needs. Price out the printer you actually want, or a season of filament and parts. The suggested goals on this page are starting points, and you can change your goal any time.
