Maggie has been successfully extubated and is showing great signs of healing! (How beautiful is the power of prayer yall?🙌🏻😭) Laura and Logan are so happy to get to hold Maggie again and see her awake! Today is all about cuddles and keeping her comfortable and pain-free. There’s still a lot of healing ahead, but Maggie is truly a fighter! The PICU nurses have lovingly dubbed her “Mighty Maggie,” and we couldn’t agree more. Please keep praying specifically for her lungs and breathing, sleep and pain management. Please also pray that the fluid coming out of her stomach subsides and they can start introducing food into her stomach again. They still have quite a few days in the hospital most likely.
