Update #4 Completed first week of Peptide Therapy

Hi to all!
Just a quick update to let you know that I received my first IV peptide infusion this past Thursday and received my first intramuscular shot of the same peptide this morning. So grateful that all has gone well.
This will be the pattern for the next 4-5 weeks and then I'll have labs drawn to check on the response of my body to these peptides, new meds and supplements. I'm told that it will be several months before they do another PET scan checking on the status of my cancer. I am hopeful for a good report:).
I have a check-up with my nephrologist this Wednesday afternoon. My labs were drawn last week before I started the peptide therapy; so I'll have a good baseline to compare the results with 5-6 weeks from now.
