Well, we are almost through the first week of radiation.  The first day went well, but then Lincoln began having pretty severe nausea.  Had to leave school early the next day due to vomiting.  The nausea has persisted throughout the week.  We've been pretty agressive with the nausea meds we have, but can't seem to get it all the way gone.  They have prescribed some new ones, just waiting on the pharmacy to get them.  
The doctor said the nausea usually gets better after a couple of weeks, so fingers crossed.  Needless to say, feeling this way has really gotten Lincoln down.  Hopefully, having a break from radiation over the weekend will help.
On the brightside, the Proton machine looks like something out of Starwars.  Also, they gave Lincoln presents, one to open each day he gets treatment.  Anyway, we will keep you posted.
