Hiring a Respite/CLS Caregiver for Our 15-Month-Old – $17–$23/hr (30–35 hrs/week)

Hi everyone!

We're looking for a reliable, kind, and energetic caregiver to provide respite/CLS support for our sweet 15-month-old boy. This is a paid position through a Medicaid waiver program, and we’re hoping to find someone who truly loves working with little ones! We’re looking for more than just a caregiver — we’re looking for someone who wants to become part of our family.

Details:

    •    Pay: $17–$23/hour (depending on experience)

    •    Hours: 30–35 hours/week

    •    Location: Milford/Novi/Brighton/Hartland

    •    Start: Flexible start date – ideally soon!

What We’re Looking For:

    •    Someone who has experience with toddlers (bonus if you’ve worked with kids with developmental needs)

    •    Patient, playful, and dependable

    •    Must have reliable transportation

    •    CPR/First Aid certified is a plus (or willing to get it)

    •    Must be able to pass a background check

    •    Must be a Michigan resident

Tasks include:

    •    Age appropriate playtime and activities

    •    Assist with meals, diaper changes, and naps

    •    Provide hands-on care and supervision during the day

    •    Supporting development and routines (we’ll guide you!)
