9/10 Update: Leah's second Surgery - Friday, September 11th

 Please continue to keep Leah in your prayers as she undergoes her second surgery tomorrow to remove damaged tissue and prepare her for the skin grafting process.

Please pray especially for the new care team at Riley Children's Hospital as they continue to evaluate her condition, develop the best treatment plan, and provide wisdom, skill, and compassion throughout her recovery journey.

Pray for Leah's healing, with special prayers for her right hand and fingers, which sustained the most severe injuries. May her body respond well to treatment, and may each day bring signs of healing and renewed strength.  Pray for Leah's appetite: she isn't wanting to eat much right now, but she needs protein to fuel the healing process.  

Please also lift up Leah's mommy and daddy, her little brother Josiah, and the entire extended family. Pray for peace, comfort, strength, and wisdom as they walk through this difficult journey together and work to support Leah in every way possible.
