Today has been such a joyful day! Let the waiting and pressing continue! 

My Neuro-ICU doctor made jokes about "where's my patient" this morning so we started off to a great start! Then I was cleared to wear regular clothes in anticipation of my children's visit today. We went for a walk and then colored before they had to leave for football.

I posted to Facebook today that we received my pathology report from the piece of abnormal bone and aneurysm that was removed and the results are benign just as we expected! The doctors are investigating either McCune-Albright and/or Mazabraud syndromes which are both extremely rare non-hereditary genetic conditions both with an incidence of less than 1 case per 1,000,000 people. My genetics report is still pending and can take up to 3 months before we get that result.

Later my dear friend came for a praise and worship session which warmed my heart so much!

I'm joyful because I have a wonderful medical care team, the sweetest friends, the most caring family and a mighty sovereign God who continues to remind me that He is with me and His face shines upon me.
