Most seven-year-olds are playing. 
Ours is training his nervous system so that he can learn to speak. 

 

Right now Kyler is working in something called the Neurosuit at NAPA. 

 

The Neurosuit is a dynamic resistance suit that provides alignment and sensory feedback to help retrain the brain and body to work together. It gently challenges his posture, balance, and coordination so new neurological pathways can form, building the foundation his speech depends on. 

 

It looks intense because it is. 💪🏼
He’s standing on unstable surfaces, walking against resistance, and learning how to control his body in new ways. 

 

Some moments he’s strong and smiling. 
Some moments he’s exhausted and just needs to be held. 

 

But he keeps going, and we are so incredibly proud of him.
