Bathe Bear Scout with antifungal shampoo & trim his nails?

I bought a cheaper dog food in order to save money and unfortunately it seems to have bothered Bear Scout who is itching like crazy now and his fur has a funky smell. I would love if someone could bathe him for me in the antifungal shampoo I have so that he can be relieved and back to smelling fresh. Its an unpleasant smell that has been transferring and I cant keep up with washing blankets and pillows that he uses. If a bath and switching back to the proper food doesnt fix his issue, he may need a vet visit.
