I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer on March 24th. We have met with an amazing team of doctors at GW Hospital. I will have a double mastectomy followed by chemotherapy and then breast reconstruction. We will not know the stage of cancer until the final pathology is back after the mastectomy. They believe it will be classified as either Stage 1 or Stage 2.

Dani and I are a bit overwhelmed, but in good spirits overall. To make lemonade out of lemons, we booked a last minute Disney trip to enjoy with the family before treatment begins. If you know our big kids, Shhhhh, it’s a surprise! 

Thank you to everyone who has reached out already. Your support and love will get me through the tough days to come. Baby Jason is the best medicine right now! Ready to kick cancer’s butt!!
