Kendal Update Focusing on Comfort

Hello family and friends. I want to share an update on Kendal.

We met with her medical team to review the latest MRI and her current condition. The imaging shows that in spite of treatment the tumor has continued to progress. Given its location and how sick she is right now, we agree with her doctors that further treatment like radiation will not help.

Our focus is now on keeping Kendal comfortable and at peace. She remains in the Neurology ICU at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital on a ventilator, and we are preparing for the next steps in her care with that priority in mind.

We are spending time with her and making sure she is surrounded by love. We expect to make decisions soon regarding the ventilator and will share updates as we are able.

Thank you for your continued support, messages, and prayers. It means more to us than we can express.
