The cranio portion of the surgery is done and it went great! The neurosurgeon just called me to personally let me know that it went as smooth as it possibly could. There was a 50/50 chance of blood loss which didn’t happen, and neither did any of the other risks that were conveyed prior to this part of the surgery- praise God!!! With the cranio part of the surgery out of the way, the risk of any hiccups goes down tremendously. Relief is not a strong enough word for what I’m feeling.
