Jonah had the BEST chiropractor appointment in a while today! Normally he hates being manipulated or moved in any way but he was a happy boy getting adjusted (outside of the 2 seconds he saw me whip out my phone to document 😂)! 

We also tried vibracussion (like a massage gun but gentler for him) on his back to loosen up his very tight muscles and he was in pure heaven and didn’t make a peep the entire time.
