Lawn cleanup?

The back yard is way overgrown and she can't get a handle on it. Little trees are popping up, A fence needs to be taken down from when she had chickens (she sold them, as they were pure bred and good egg layers), And, in general a cleanup needs to happen as her ex trashed both inside and outside the house when he got upset at her for getting her mediation fees waived and she had to go stay in a hotel with the boys for almost two months until he was ordered to stay away.
That is how I met them. I was the GM of the hotel she was put up in by the state.
