“Today we received a call from the Leukodystrophy Center at Duke- We will be going on Monday to have a Consultation with them to see if James is eligible for a Bone Marrow Transplant or Stem Cell/Gene Therapy Trial! Because he already has progression with MLD, he may not be eligible for either treatment.

The Light in the Dark today was seeing our boy enjoy outside time playing in his new sandpit as well as learning to help in the kitchen! The sweetest moment was at bedtime, when he woke up crying to go downstairs because he didn't get to kiss baby sister goodnight. He truly is such a light and the sweetest big brother!”
