Cleanup and repair?

Due to all of us having extensive health issues, even though the desire to get everything in order is there, the mental and physical capabilities are not. We also have a handful of repairs, not overly expensive, but unaffordable for us, as well as the labor of doing it. Yard cleanup (tree fell), help with retaining wall, pressure washing, window sill and trim repair, and roof repair on storage building.
