Quick life update:
We’ve been soaking in this sweet time together outside of hospital life.We have been “exploring” as Jazmyne likes to call it.
Jazmyne now has two clinic visits each week, daily CVL flushes, 13 medications three times a day, blood draws twice a week, and weekly dressing changes—and through it all, her clinic visits have been going great.
In between it all, we’ve started a list of places to explore museums, gardens, and the zoo. We’re excited to slowly start checking them off together.
This morning, we’re waiting for her post-transplant PET scan this will show if any leukemia is still present.
Now that Jazmyne is no longer bedridden and up walking, we’ve noticed some discomfort in her right leg, even with simple movement. We plan to share our concerns at the next clinic visit, with hopes of getting her started with physical and/or occupational therapy to help strengthen it and ease the discomfort.
Prayer Request:
-PET scan is clear of any leukemia
-Jazmyne leg discomfort go away
-Jazmyne levels continue to stay steady
-we all continue to get rest
