Harper's Recovery
Our beautiful, brave five-year-old girl, Harper Jane Seaman, passed away in our arms on May 17, 2026, following a courageous two-year battle with kidney cancer.
Born at just 27 weeks, Harper was a fighter from day one. She was incredibly sweet, never lacking in sass, and brought endless light into our lives with her beautiful smile and infectious laughter. Harper filled our days with music, singing, and playing her toy piano and drums. She loved books (especially reciting Eric Carle by heart), learning with her beloved teacher Ms. Leigh, and tuning in daily as an "OG" Ms. Rachel fan. Through every setback, she inspired everyone around us by facing challenges with grace, simply wanting to live her life to the fullest.
We are infinitely grateful to her doctors, nurses, social workers, and child life specialists who made her journey brighter, and to all of you who have supported us.
For those who wish to join us in honoring Harper’s beautiful life, her funeral service details are below:
• When: Thursday, May 21st at 11:00 AM
• Where: St. Michael Catholic Church, Tybee Island
• Live Stream: For those unable to attend in person, the service will be live-streamed. [Insert link here, or: "We will post the live stream link here as soon as it is available."]
Thank you for your overwhelming love, prayers, and support during this time. Harper’s vibrant spirit will live on in all of us.
