Harper's Recovery
What a day! Harper had her post treatment CT scan which showed another slight decrease in size of what they now just believe to be dead tissue in her liver. A lymph node they’ve been watching is stable and most importantly no new lesions. This is all incredibly positive and means we are DONE!
She will continue to have scans every 3 months for the first year and if her next scan looks good we can have her port removed.
Harper’s oncologist gave the all clear for her to start school and to start moving on with our lives! We are planning her bell ringing the first full week in October.
This has absolutely been one of the hardest things to go through the past 15 months. Watching Harper face challenge after challenge took such a toll. We could not have done it without the love and support of others! Thank you for the all love and prayers. We will forever be grateful for you all!
