Today is chemo day 2 of 3. Yesterday Harper received 3 different drugs which ran over almost 6 hours. Today and tomorrow she just gets 2 and now that she tolerated the new chemo drug it should be able to be run a little faster.

Her nausea yesterday was fairly manageable she was only sick for a couple hours and thankfully wasn’t too bothered. Her oncologist added a few doses of a steroid go with her nausea medication which seemed to help and she slept well until about 4 am. After that she has been more fussy and at times MAD. Roid rage is no joke. Thankfully no more steroids today.

Our nurses have been wonderful as usual so that makes it tolerable. Not sure if she will discharge tomorrow after chemo or will stay until Saturday. Thank you for your continued prayers and support as we adjust back to hospital life.
