Harper's Recovery
We had a nice break from the hospital and were able to celebrate the 4th of July camping on Tybee.
Harper unfortunately spiked a fever this morning and was admitted this afternoon. She was neutropenic which we were expecting but thought it would take a little longer for her white blood cells to tank. They fortunately ruled out covid, flu, and RSV to make sure nothing viral is contributing. We will be here for the next 48 hours for antibiotics. Her hemoglobin and platelets have dropped too but not low enough to require a transfusion yet.
We appreciate any prayers and vibes for a quick uneventful admission.
