Answered prayers & more prayer requests!

Thank you everyone for your generous gifts and prayers and support. It all means so much to us and we can’t even begin to thank you enough. You are the means of the Lord’s kindness to us.

Brief update: last two days mama and baby have been able to do over an hour of skin-to-skin each day. This is a huge answer to prayer! Praise God! Mama’s milk has also come in (another answer to prayer). Abner loves tummy time and overall is doing extremely well, especially for his age. There are normal preemie things being monitored but no concerns yet.

The parents have run into some friction with a specific treatment they are asking for Abner. Shands is making things difficult but there is progress.

Prayer requests:
- Dad returned to work to save leave for when Abner comes home. Pray for him as he navigates that
- Mama’s continued healing
- That the Lord would have favor over this special request of the parents. That he would put the right people in place to make it happen and the people being obstacles would have their hearts softened
