Gabriel has not improved since the transfusion; he is weaker. 

His body is exhausted, and he is finally sleeping for long stretches—something he has not been able to do for many months, when he lived on two- to three-hour fragments of rest both day and night. This level of sleep feels necessary, but the weakness alongside it is difficult to witness. 

 
He is eating and drinking, but he now needs help with every part of daily life. Even the simplest tasks require support. 

 
All of his Ft. Myers therapies are on hold right now. Everything is paused while we focus on keeping him comfortable, nourished, and cared for moment by moment. 

 
He is not in pain, and that is a mercy. 

He now only takes one pain medication twice a day, which is a blessing in the midst of everything. 

 
If you pray, I humbly ask that you bring my son before the Father in Jesus’ name. We are asking for strength, stability, and mercy over his body and peace over his spirit.
