Prayers Please! MRI Today

Hey friends and family,

Hope your Thursday is off to a great start. I'm filled today with gratitude, hope and expectation. I'm reaching out to you today because I have an MRI this afternoon. We agreed with the doctors that every two months we would monitor the four tumors. They will be looking for any expansion or growth. The last two MRIs showed they are stable, even though they are still there. One doctor recently told Joannie and I "there is no way to explain this in medical terms." We appreciated her honesty and we were quick to give God the glory for his healing work. Pray for more healing please!

We will have the MRI this afternoon, they will send the information off to the Duke specialist, they will make the assessment and contact us. We will have plenty of opportunity to trust God, and to give Him praise and glory.

I woke up this morning, feeling good and not anxious. Feeling the peace the Lord gives is such a great comfort. Regardless of how the next couple of days go, we can sincerely say we have felt and seen the power of God's loving hand.

The scripture says "This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it."
