I am very grateful for this good report:
My platelets were pretty low, just over the threshold for moving forward with treatment. We were nervous for a bit they would send us home, but we were able to proceed as planned.
Hemoglobin was stable with just a slight dip and so no transfusion was needed.
I did not have a negative reaction to the Rituximab. They took it very slow, which made for a long day. Premedications to avoid a reaction wiped me out, but overall everything went well.
We met with my hematologist/oncologist who gave a favorable report that all is as expected.
I report back for day 2 at 1 on Wednesday.
Thanks for support and prayers! πŸ₯°

So glad to hear you didn’t have a reaction to the rituximab. Thanking God for this answer to prayer. Continuing to pray you tolerate the chemo treatments and for minimal side effects. May God hold you close during this journey. He is WITH you- holding your right hand as He says to you- β€œ Do not be afraid. I will help you.” Isaiah 41:13
