Home after first chemo!

Our First Day back home!! Gage has had a little bit of a rough day. We have successfully completed our first flushing of his PICC line which has me very nervous. Thankful for all the help and support from everyone. So if any nurse friends are following us please message me in case I need help one day in person as you can imagine this to me is the hardest. It’s all a new way of life. Thankful my neighbor is a ER Doctor but this is not her line of work. She made Gage laugh and they have Animae in common they both love all it!! Thank you Trac for coming over and for the food and ice cream and popsicles he ate some which is great!! His eating is now a concern since the chemo is starting to bother his mouth, teeth and tongue. He knows he has to push through this and fight and say hey this is not going to take me down!!! He may not like me some for pushing him but I’m not giving up!!! I can only imagine how he feels! When you see your baby cry it does something to you and wishing you could take this away from him this awful disease. So if you know someone who’s going through this or anything else reach out to them, it can be very lonely!! Thank you again for all the love and support!!😢🙏🏻💕❤️
