Update for 7/17 and the weekend:

He had a good day again yesterday! Got up and got dressed with PT. On Fridays they have group time called Fun Friday where they have some activity planned for all the patients around the same age (13-19 ish). He participated in group and met a couple of other boys around his age. By the end of group he was pretty tired and hurting some. He rested for a little bit and ate some lunch. His appetite is finally coming back! He’s been hungrier and eating more. 

OT got him set up with some adaptive devices so he can use his phone again! A mount so he doesn’t have to hold the phone and a stylus since he doesn’t have the dexterity in his fingers yet to maneuver the phone screen. He’s so excited!! Keep those texts and messages coming. He can FaceTime now also! 

Weekends around here are very light. He will have 1 hour of therapy today, Saturday and tomorrow completely free. We have lots of family coming up to visit so we’re excited about that! I will update again on Monday after his full day of therapy. Thank you for continuing to pray!!
