7/12 update

Great day today! Gabriel had some friends come visit this morning and it was so good for him. We are so thankful they came and made life somewhat normal for him. He had a very long awake period from 8-1:30ish. A couple of his meds have been changed to “as needed” rather than scheduled and he’s needing less of those!!

They have had a little bit of a hard time turning off the BP medicine. It’s only on .1 but we’re still in ICU because of that. As soon as it’s off and his BP remains stable they will move us to the floor.

Overall, great day! Thank you for the prayers and love. We love you all

It is so good that he was able to see his friends. Feeling like things are somewhat normal is so necessary. I'm glad these friends weren't like Job's "friends" 😁 We are praying for you, Gabe. Keep strong and fight hard. We are with you all the Way!

It is a great blessing that Gabe's friends were there to cheer him on. May that continue for him. As we well know HaShem built us for relationship and in person visits are a part of that. Prayers continue for the whole family. Katie, your updates as much appreciated.
